The fascia is the orange area at the front of the headset which also contains the transparent lens for the camera. Every care is taken to ensure that these are scratch-free and in the best possible condition when they are supplied to you.
Occasionally, the fascia and camera lens may require cleaning and maintenance. You can find out how to do this by clicking here.
We would also recommend that the ClassVR headsets are not placed on the fascia or allowed to slide around when the device is set down on a surface, as this could lead to scratches or damage that may cause issues with the camera operation. Cracks in the fascia could also lead to dust or light entering the unit which may compromise the viewing experience.
