Lesson plan troubleshooting
You will find the downloadable lesson plans in the ClassVR portal. In the Plan tab, Click on ClassVR, then scroll down to Lesson Plans. Click on the required lesson plan to open into your preferred PDF viewer.
You can either scan the QR code to download the required content from your screen, or you can print it out and distribute it to your class.
Additional troubleshooting
- The QR codes are not scanning.
- If you have printed out the lesson plan, ensure that the printout is clear and complete.
- Try scanning from on-screen.
- Make sure that the QR code is not partially blocked or obscured on the lesson plan.
- Try scanning the lesson plan on a different headset.
- Ensure that the headset’s camera is working correctly and that it is free from dirt and grease.
- Try scanning a different lesson plan.
- Try re-downloading the lesson plan again.
- Ensure that you have a working and stable network & internet connection.
