Account registration & subscription troubleshooting
If you are experiencing issues with logging into your account or accessing resources such as Avantis World or ClassVR, please check the following:
- Try refreshing your browser by clicking the ‘Refresh’ icon (or pressing Ctrl + F5) and logging in again. The details will have been sent in an email.
- Ensure that the login details have been entered correctly.

Further troubleshooting
- Subscription needs activating.
- If you have signed up for subscriptions but have not activated them yet, you should have received an email with a green activation button. Ensure that you click this and go through the prompts to finish setting up your account.
- If you have not received the activation email, or you need further information regarding your account, please contact the Sales team.
- Subscription has expired.
- Contact the Sales team to find out about renewing your subscription.
