The ClassVR devices come with a unique, pre-assigned name so that you can identify and tell the headsets apart on the Portal. However, if you wish to change the names of your devices, you can do this in the ClassVR Administration Portal.
Once you have logged into the ClassVR Portal, click the Settings icon in the top-left corner.
Then click Administration Portal > Devices. You should now see a list of all of the devices enrolled to your organisation.
Click on the name of the device you would like to rename. It will open the status screen for that unit. Click the name at the top of the screen and enter your preferred name for the device. Repeat this process for any other devices you would like to rename. This will update the next time the device in question checks into the portal.
