There are different types of subscribed content, depending on what you have subscribed to.
These are subscriptions that are managed by us. You can check if your subscriptions are still valid in the ClassVR Portal.
Once you are logged into the portal, click on Settings in the top-right corner, then click on Administration Portal.
Once you are in the Administration Portal, you should be able to see your subscriptions at the top of the window. If not, click Subscriptions in the menu on the left side.
Note: There is a difference between subscribed and synchronised content. For more information, click here. If you have any questions or queries regarding your Avantis/ClassVR/Eduverse subscriptions then please log a ticket through the Troubleshooting section.
Subscriptions with 3rd party content providers
Subscriptions with providers such as CoSpaces or Thinglink are managed directly through those companies. If you need to discuss your subscriptions with them, please contact them through their own support channels.
