Bluetooth Interference on 2.4GHz Wi-Fi Networks

We recommend that Bluetooth is disabled in organisations where headsets are connecting using 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks, to prevent interference.

To disable Bluetooth for your organisation, follow these steps (requires Admin or Owner permissions).

From the settings area of the ClassVR Portal, click Administration Portal.

Click the name of your organisation, displayed at the top right of the screen. This opens your organisation-wide settings.

Under the Device Settings section, look for Bluetooth Policy.

From the dropdown, select AlwaysOff.

If you require Bluetooth and your devices are CVR-155-A headsets (check the model number on the base of the headset), you may prefer to connect them to a 5GHz network. Original model headsets (CVR-155) do not support 5GHz Wi-Fi.
