Keep away from water.

Ensuring that your headsets remain shielded from water and other liquids is crucial for their performance, longevity and safety. Even minor water exposure can lead to internal damage that might not manifest immediately. If you suspect that your device has been exposed to any liquid, reach out to our support team HERE.

Do not expose to direct sunlight.

Keeping your headsets out of direct sunlight will prevent damage to the devices display – The lenses situated on the front of the device possess a magnifying effect, and even brief exposure to sunlight can result in permanent damage. Do not block the cooling fan on the charging case.

The fans integrated within the charging cases and carts are designed to maintain optimal temperature conditions for your headsets during the charging process. Ensuring that the cooling fan and vents remain unobstructed is essential for prolonging the functionality and longevity of your headsets.

Do not charge devices constantly when not in use.

If you aren’t planning on using your ClassVR headsets for a while, ensure that they are powered down after they have been fully charged.
