Damage to Headset camera or fascia

The fascia is the orange area at the front of the headset which also contains the transparent lens for the camera. Each headset is supplied with a protective film over the fascia to help prevent scratches, ensuring it arrives in the best possible condition.
We recommend that the ClassVR headsets are not placed on the fascia or allowed to slide around when the device is set down on a surface, as this could lead to scratches or damage that may cause issues with the camera operation.
