Each ClassVR device is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty for the period applicable. For full details of this, please click here.
Aspects that are covered by the warranty:
- Battery connection/charging issues
- Camera (Including red screen or no picture)
- PCB (Including grey screen, unable to connect to the Wi-Fi)
- Devices not powering on
- Sensor issues
However, there are scenarios where problems related to the headsets and associated accessories are not covered by the warranty. These include (but are not limited to):
- Case damage (Such as cracked case, broken headstrap brackets etc.)
- LCD sun damage (Yellow/black spots or discolouration on the LCD display)
- USB port/hub/cable damage through mis-handling
- Scratched/cracked lenses
- Damaged QR cube
- Buttons pushed in through excessive pressure or impact
- Damaged headstraps/foam
- Camera lens/fascia damage
- Trolley wheels uneven or not steering
- Cracked or damaged storage cases
- Damaged hand controller, including USB cable
All of the above can be repaired or replaced, however there will be a charge to cover parts, labour and delivery where applicable.
