Caching ClassVR content
Caching content on the headsets allows you to pre-emptively upload files and tracks to the ClassVR headsets so that they are ready ahead of your lesson. In order to cache content to your headsets, you need to ensure that they are powered on. They can also be charging in the case, but you cannot cache content on the headsets if they are powered off.

Further troubleshooting
- It is taking a long time to upload content to the headsets.
- Ensure that your network connection is stable and reasonably fast.
- If you are uploading big files (such as 360 videos) to a lot of headsets, this can take time. Ensure that you start to upload content well before the start of the lesson if possible.
- Some of the content is missing.
- The headsets can only display 20 tracks at a time on the main screen. The rest of the content will be there, but you will have to access it from the portal.
- The headsets are running out of storage space – if you are uploading a lot of content, you may have to cut back on the amount that you are uploading at any one time.
- If you are uploading custom content, ensure that it is in the right format. For the file formats that the headsets support, click here.
- The content has not uploaded to all of the headsets.
- Ensure that all required headsets are powered on at the point of uploading.
- Check to make sure that the headsets in question do not already have content on them which is taking up too much space.
- Ensure that you allow enough time for the content to fully upload to all headsets.
