Downloading SSL certificates
Note: You may need the assistance of your IT provider for some of these steps.
If you are having issues downloading SSL certificates to the ClassVR 255 headset, this is because the 255 devices can only handle a maximum of 4 SSL certificates at a time.
You may need to speak to your content or IT provider in order to work around this limitation.
You could also upgrade to the newer CVR-255-64 units, as these can handle more SSL certificates.
*Note that There is a correct format for SSL certificates, which is PEM (text) format and it requires the correct tags to be accepted. There is a warning system in place in the portal that alerts you if it has been entered incorrectly.
