Finding the model name and serial number of a headset
In order to identify the model of ClassVR headset you have, the model name should be printed on the bottom of the device:
When logging a hardware issue with the support team, it is important that you have the serial number of the affected headset. Each headset has the serial number in a different location:
CVR-255-64: You can find the serial number of the 255-64 headset under the foam face-pad usually on the right-hand side:
CVR-255: You can find the serial number of the 255 headset under the foam face-pad usually at the top:
CVR-155-A: You can find the serial number of the 155-A headset on the bottom of the device next to the port:
