Restarting ClassVR Headsets
Applies to: CVR-155-A / CVR-255 / CVR-255A / CVR-255-64 / CVR-355-128 (Xplorer) / CVR-655-128 (Xcelerate)
Why Restart?
If you experience issues such as content not loading, network connectivity problems, or unresponsive controls, restarting the headset is often the quickest first step to resolve the problem.
Two Ways to Restart a Headset
- Soft Restart (Menu Option)
- Press the Power button for 1 second.
- Select Reboot from the on-screen menu.
- Force Restart (Power Cycle)
- Press and hold the Power button for 10 seconds until the headset powers off.
- Press the Power button again to turn it back on.
