One of the first things to try if you are experiencing issues with the ClassVR headsets is to restart the devices.
There are two ways to restart the headsets:
- Press the power button for 1 second, and then select ‘Reboot’.
- Press the power button for 10 seconds to power off, and then press power again to restart the headset.
The location of the power button varies depending on the headset model you have:
|On the left-hand side of the headset (as if you are looking into the lenses) in the middle of the control button cluster.
|On the top of the headset, second button from the left.
|On the bottom of the headset on the right-hand side.
This will work for all VR headset models.
