Warranty Coverage

Each ClassVR device is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty for the period applicable. For full details of this, please click here.

Aspects that are covered by the warranty:

  • Battery connection/charging issues
  • Camera (Including red screen or no picture)
  • PCB (Including grey screen, unable to connect to the Wi-Fi)
  • Devices not powering on
  • Sensor issues

However, there are scenarios where problems related to the headsets and associated accessories are not covered by the warranty. These include (but are not limited to):

All of the above can be repaired or replaced, however there will be a charge to cover parts, labour and delivery where applicable.
